The Good Girl Is Gone

Available from Dramatic
Publishing
All hell breaks loose in the Bender household when Mama
runs off with that no-good loser Wayne Hargrove. Papa just can't believe she's
gone, but Ginny sees Mama everywhere. Lulu copes as best she can, but the past
keeps intruding on the present, and threatens to derail the good thing she's
finally got going with the doctor who treated her sister. "Sometimes Love
just explodes on you," Lulu muses. "Like a firecracker under the hood
of a car. Lots of light and heat. And a big mess."
A dark comedy about bleary-eyed love.
